Those are Lockheed L-188 Electras. The Navy flew a variant that was the P-3 but the P-3 has a distinctive boom off the tail. So it could be either the Electra or P-3s with the booms removed.

Lockheed only built 170* L-188 Electra airliners.
757* P-3 Orions were built for naval patrol service. This is a US Navy installation. I'm betting that these are P-3s. *Production numbers from Wikipedia |
