The Palazzo Versace meaning "Palace Versace" is a luxury hotel owned by the Versace Group, the first Versace hotel in the world, and is situated on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Claimed to be the world's first six-star resort, the complex boasts 205 rooms, 58 suites, 73 condominiums, a marina, a health spa, restaurants, and shopping retail. The hotel was developed by the Sunland Group on the former Fisherman's Wharf site on the Southport Spit.

The hotel became a focal point of world media on 4 January 2006, when long serving ruler of United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid al Maktoum died of a heart attack whilst lodged at the hotel on holiday.
