An entrepreneur and former automobile and musical instrument collector, Paul Milhous owned and operated several companies. In the late 80s, he employed nearly 4000 people in the United States and abroad. Now retired, his primary businesses were magazine and newspaper printing. Clients included most US newspapers as well as magazines such as Time, People, and Newsweek. This was when print was king and before "the internet" existed. Paul and his brother, Robert, also owned manufacturing, home construction, and industrial real estate businesses.
This home was formerly owned by motion picture star Tom Mix.
