The former prefect and former governor of São Paulo, politician Paulo Maluf lives here. He bought the lot in the 1950s, demolished the existing house and built a new one around 1965. It boasts a garage for Maluf's luxurious cars and a wine cellar with wines brought from France in the 1970s.
