I bet it is a 1956 Cessna 172 N5612A owned by the Boeing Employees Flying Association in Ridley Park, PA. That's only 10 or 15 miles away.

It recently flew out of New Castle, NJ which is one of the closest civil airports to the Boeing plant in Ridley Park.
