Quaker Steak and Lube
In 1974, an abandoned gas station was converted into a cook-your-own-steak restaurant. In 1976, wings were added to the menu. Today, they serve 16 flavors of wings at 29 locations in 11 states. Vintage cars and other artifacts are on display at most of the locations.
