This is actually a Washington State University football game being held at Qwest Field. This is evident by the WSU Cougar logo in the center of the field. Not sure of the year, but they have begun playing one game per season there every September starting in 2002.

Wouldn't that make it the Apple Cup, when they play UW?

OK, I guess not.

But. Seahawks Stadium was renamed Qwest Field in June 2004. If we assume that the roof was re-painted before September of that year, then this game (with "Seahawks Stadium" on the roof) is either 2002 or 2003. That makes it either the Aug 31, 2002 game against Nevada or the Aug 30, 2003 game against Idaho.

I read on the GE blogs that someone compared the play being shown with the play-by-play of the two games, and determined it to be the 2002 game. Sometime i'll find the link...
