Pop icon Madonna bought Los Pavoreales in 1996 for $2.69 Million and sold it in 2000 to actress Jenna Elfman for $4 Million. Elfman sold the house in 2004 for $4.7 Million to actress Katey Sagal. Sagal sold it in 2005 to singer Rachel Sweet for $5.51 Million. Sweet sold the estate in 2009 for $10 Million.
