Los Pavoreales (The Peacock Estate) is a 6,205 square feet mediterranean styled one story house built by architect Wallace Neff in 1926. The estate stands on 1.81 acres of land.
Pop icon Madonna bought Los Pavoreales in 1996 for $2.69 Million and sold it in 2000 to actress Jenna Elfman for $4 Million. Elfman sold the house in 2004 for $4.7 Million to actress Katey Sagal. Sagal sold it in 2005 to singer Rachel Sweet for $5.51 Million. Sweet sold the estate in 2009 for $10 Million.
