Ramon W. Breeden is the founder and owner of The Breeden Company, a large development firm based in Virginia Beach, VA. The company has developed, built and operated more than 4,200 apartments with 400 more units under construction, 2 million square feet of commercial shopping center and office space with an additional 60,000 feet under construction, and 1,700 residential homes. The company owns a jet and two helicopters, which fly the team to project sites.
