The 5-bed, 7-bath, 6,143 sq ft residence was purchased by Canadian developer Lorne Leibel in January of 2004 for $3.15M, according to public records. He is also the father of record label owner Cody Leibel. Lady Gaga is leasing this home for $25K per month and considering buying it (July 2010).
