In August 2009 the Council of Copenhagen suggested a way to create car free zones by making red dots on the roads.

Only the city buses, pedestrians and bicycles were allowed to drive here. Occasionally a foreign car drove in here, also the Street View car too. But it's illegal.

These dots were made at several roads around the Nørrebro area.

And. Of cause people didn't like the idea and still don't.
