Remains of the 'Lottie Cooper'

Remains of the 'Lottie Cooper' (StreetView)
This 131 feet long wooden schooner sank in a storm on April 9, 1894. It was made of white oak in 1876 in nearby Manitowoc.

It's remains were discovered in 1990 during preparations for building a new marina. It was raised in 1992 and is displayed in a nearby park along the shore of Lake Michigan.
