This was the final home of the late television, theatre and film actor Ricardo Montalban. He is known as a spokesperson in late 1970's advertisements for Chrysler Cordoba, and for playing Mr. Roarke in the television series "Fantasy Island" and Khan Noonien Singh in "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan". He passed away in January of 2009.

Designed by Ricardo Legorreta in 1985.

The house was remodeled and sold in November 2012 to Malaysian billionaire Jho Low for nearly $40M, the most ever paid for a house in the Hollywood Hills.
