In addition to holding executive positions with numerous other companies, Mr. Rochon served as President of Huizenga Holdings, Inc, a management and holding company owned by H. Wayne Huizenga, whose investments included Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation, Republic Waste Industries, Inc., AutoNation, Inc., and Boca Resorts, Inc. Mr. Rochon served and as sole Director for many of Huizenga Holdings' private and public portfolio companies, including as a Director of AutoNation, Inc., the NHL's Florida Panthers and the NFL's Miami Dolphins.
