Mr. Henley served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Pocono Health System and Pocono Medical Center (PHS/PMC) from 2005 to February 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President at Health Quest. He served as both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for this diversified health care system, which includes Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer for a captive insurance company, an information technology company, an ambulance service, a home care company and several other health-related entities. Mr. Henley serves as Chairman or Director on several business, civic and professional Boards of Directors. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at HFMA and served on the Board of Governors at ACHE. He serves as a Director of New Milford Hospital, Inc. He has held faculty appointments at several graduate programs in healthcare management including at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and New York University. He has published articles in professional journals. Mr. Henley is the recipient of several awards from HFMA including the Founder's Medal of Honor and National Life Membership. He also earned the Distinguished Service Award from ACHE. He has also presented at numerous national conferences. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), of which he was also elected National Chairman. Mr. Henley earned a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude from The City College of The City University of New York, where he was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
