Richard Meruelo's Property (Former)

Richard Meruelo is President and CFO of Oak Valley Acquisition Corporation, President of President of Meruelo Group, and co-founder of EVOQ Properties.

Meruelo lost the property to foreclosure in 2011 and was acquired by OVA Vessels LTD, a corporation registered in the Marshall Islands. Ownership was then transferred to Orange Management LTD based in Northampton, UK and having the same address as Roses Drapery and is owned by Leslie Henry Jaffa.
