The second-richest African-American in the world (after Oprah) lives here in Malibu with his model wife Hope Smith. He founded Vista Equity Partners and she is has appeared in Playboy and on reality TV.

As of May 2019, the home is being rented by Kylie Jenner, for a reported $450,000/mo.

They bought the house in October 2015 for $19.5 million from Yolanda Hadid Foster of "Real Housewives" and her Grammy Award-winning ex-husband David Foster.

They've offcially listed for $27.5M. Yolanda said they've decided to list due to her battle with lyme disease making it difficult for her to care for a 5 acre property.
