Robert M. Fell's House

Mr. Robert M. Fell, Bob co-founded Pricelock, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer until May 2011.

Mr. Fell served as the Chief Executive Officer of Youbet.com from June 1998 to November 8, 2001. He founded Silicon Gaming, Inc. and served its initial President since 1993.

He served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the corporate General Partner of Archon Capital Partners, LP "Archon Capital") since February 1994 and served as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Archon since its formation in January 1995. Since 1993, Mr. Fell also served as a founding General Partner of InterActive Partners LP a venture capital-backed firm specializing in creating interactive media companies. Since 1978, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fell & Company, Inc. and since 1984, as General Partner of Fell & Nicholson Technology Resources. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Fell served as Chief Executive Officer of Archon Communications Inc. ("ACI"). He has been a Co-Chairman of Pricelock, Inc. since May 2011. He served as Chairman of the Board of Archon Communications Inc. ("ACI"). He served as Chairman of Eaturna LLC, since November 2005. He served as Chairman of Youbet.com from June 1998 to March 21, 2002 and served as its Director until March 21, 2002. Mr. Fell has been a Director of Premiere Radio Networks Inc. since July 1995. He serves as Director of Pricelock, Inc. and Auryn, Inc. He served as Director of Crystal Dynamics Inc., Silicon Gaming Inc., VideoStream Inc., and New Children's Studio and Toy Company. Mr. Fell received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
