The Roberto Clemente Community Academy (high school) features a depiction of the Hall of Fame baseball player on a brick wall.

Clemente (born August 18, 1934) reached the 3,000 hit milestone in his final regular season at bat on September 30, 1972. He died in a plane crash while flying to deliver aid to earthquake victims in Nicaragua on December 31, 1972.
