Saverin is the father of Eduardo Saverin, one of four co-founders of Facebook.com, along with Mark Zuckerberg, Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes. As of 2012, he owns less than 5% of Facebook's shares and has a net worth of $2 billion, according to Forbes.
Saverin also owns the home directly to the east.
