Bradley and Colleen Bell's house

American television writer and producer Bradley Phillip Bell lives in this house, which he bought from Rod Stewart, with his wife, Colleen, a philanthropist and advocate for the environment, arts, and social causes.

Bradley Bell is the son of William Joseph "Bill" Bell and his wife, Lee Phillip Bell, who together created CBS's daytime soap operas The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. Bradley Bell is currently head writer and executive producer of the latter.

Rod Stewart lived here before moving to his current home in the exclusive gated enclave known as Beverly Park.

The home is owned by Thomas O'Gara Chairman of O'gara Group (a security systems and training company). Mr. O'Gara previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of The Kroll-O'Gara Company, a publicly traded provider of specialized products and services to the risk mitigation and security markets, from 1997 until 2001. He served as Chairman of the Board of The O'Gara Company from 1996 until the 1997 merger of Kroll Holdings, Inc. with The O'Gara Company. Mr. O'Gara also was Chairman of the Board of the O'Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Company since 1990 and was its Chief Executive Officer from 1990 until 1995.

It was owned before by Bradley Bell, writer/producer of The Bold and The Beautiful

No, the house is still owned by Bradley Bell. He has owned it since he bought the home from Rod Stewart in 1992. He just hosted a fundraiser for Obama there this year.
