The home is owned by Thomas O'Gara Chairman of O'gara Group (a security systems and training company). Mr. O'Gara previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of The Kroll-O'Gara Company, a publicly traded provider of specialized products and services to the risk mitigation and security markets, from 1997 until 2001. He served as Chairman of the Board of The O'Gara Company from 1996 until the 1997 merger of Kroll Holdings, Inc. with The O'Gara Company. Mr. O'Gara also was Chairman of the Board of the O'Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Company since 1990 and was its Chief Executive Officer from 1990 until 1995.

No, the house is still owned by Bradley Bell. He has owned it since he bought the home from Rod Stewart in 1992. He just hosted a fundraiser for Obama there this year.
