This is the location that was used for Max and Isabel Evans house in the TV series Roswell. It was created by Jason Katims and starred Shiri Appleby, Jason Behr, Katherine Heigl, Brendan Fehr, Colin Hanks, William Sadler, Majandra Delfino and Nick Wechsler. It ended in 2002 after three seasons.
