Firepower, the Royal Artillery Museum, is located at Woolwich, the home of the regiment since 1716. The museum follows the history of the regiment from that time onward with a fascinating display of artillery weapons.
In addition to the uniforms,guns, medals, badges and other regimental memorabilia are exhibits that enable visitors to feel what it was like to be a 20th Century gunner.
The museum is open 10am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday and is closed on Sunday and Monday. Adult admission price is £5.30.
