One mile to the WNW is the Islamic Center. The LL images have copy right date of 2007 and show the center under construction. The BEV images were posted in late 2008 and show the site newly finished.
So the BEV images are newer than the LL images.
I think the LL images actually show this site being built.
This is backed up by historical GE images that are dated 2002 and show the site with nothing here.
How could this place have been built a year ago yet look this decrepit? A movie set?
On closer examination the BEV maps do look like a construction site that was abandoned. There is a construction fence around the south side along the road. Roof never finished. driveway has no connection to the road. 3rd level of north porch never finished. Un-roofed structure on the east side.
I think it was a structure that was abandoned before completion.
