Russell Goldencloud "Russ" Weiner is the multi-billionaire founder of the Rockstar energy drink brand. He paid $18.6 million for this house in Feb 2015. This is one of two mansions he owns in the exclusive Beverly Park gated community.
Weiner purchased the property from fashion designer Bruce Makowsky and his business partner wife Kathy Van Zeeland, who had bought the estate in 2011 as an investment.
In 2012, the house was leased to Uzbek diplomat Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva. Then in 2013, the house was leased to former NFL star turned talk show host Michael Strahan.
