Mr. Greenberg's completed leveraged buyout transactions and completed merger and acquisition advisory assignments. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Quest Specialty Chemicals, Inc. Mr. Greenberg serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thomson Acquisition, Inc., Aqua-Chem, Inc., and Gichner Shelter Systems. Mr. Greenberg holds an M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and received a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, with an honors degree in Economics.
