Sam Domb's House

Sam Domb s a hotel developer who owns the Lucerne and Belvedere Hotels, among others, and is part owner of the Woolworth Building and some of the city's single-room-occupancy residences.

He is also a consummate political fund-raiser, having raised tens of thousands of dollars for Mayor Giuliani's past campaigns and is close friends include Steven Spielberg, Bill Clinton and former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
