Goldwyn Estate is a 10.000 square feet Georgian style mansion built in 1934 by architect Douglas Honnold on over 2 acres of land. It was named after it's owner Saumel Goldwyn, the founder of MGM movie studio. The house hosted parties which were attended by Hollywood legends such as Clark Gable, Marlene Dietrich, and Charlie Chaplin.
The estate was purchased by singer Taylor Swift for $25 Million in August 2015. The estate was declared as a historic Beverly Hills landmark in 2017.
