Sandia National Laboratories Kauai Test Facility, and NIST Radio Station WWVH

The Sandia National Laboratories rocket test range on the southwest corner of the island of Kauai supports various rocket missions. These include weapons research and development, operational training, test, and evaluation, and technology development.

Also in this image is the NIST radio station WWVH, which broadcasts the exact time on 2.5, 5, 10, and 15 MHz, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
