Ozolinsh played 875 NHL games between 1992-2008 with the San Jose Sharks, Colorado Avalanche, Carolina Hurricanes, Florida Panthers, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, and New York Rangers.
In 2009, he returned home to play in Latvia with Dinamo Riga of the KHL Russian hockey league.
