Went for their "Old Fashioned Italian Hoagie" described as "Thinly Sliced Prosciutto, Hot Sopressata, Hot Coppa, Sharp Provolone and Dry Herbs with oil and vinegar." I answered yes to "peppers?," "oil and vinegar?" and every thing else the nice counter lady asked. The result - a wonderful blend of flavors. A truly great hoagie.
Headed back the next day for the Sinatra hoagie. Prosciutto, sauteed spinach, fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic, red wine vinegar and olive. Just as good, and totally different in taste.
