Perhaps its Boeing's X-45, which looks very similar. Or , possibly it is a scale model of the B-2 Stealth bomber.

The proportions are all wrong for the X-45. If you look at it from the opposite direction it (at least to me) is clear that it is a B-2 scale model:

I think you are right, it's a scale model of the B-2. This plane in the Northrop Grumman parking lot; however, I think is an X-47B:

There are actually two models here, one up at a steep angle (more evident in other compass points)
