This is Seattle Park in Daejeon, Korea, built to commemorate the 5th anniversary of sisterdom between the two cities.

The Daejeon (or Taejon, depending on who you ask) city website states that there is a Daejeon park of comparable size in Seattle. Search for Taejon Park and see for yourself.
