Sergei Shoigu is Vladimir Putin's defense minister.

It was recently revealed that, despite his £85,000 salary, Shoigu owns this £12M mansion, purchased in his daughter's name. Georgy Alburov, a business partner of one of Putin's detractors, Alexei Navalny, has formed an investigatory committee in order to determine how Shoigu was able to afford the home.
