Shea's Gas Station Route 66 Museum

Springfield, Illinois (IL), US
A collection of vintage gas station pumps, signs, equipment, and memorabilia. The owner, Bill Shea, worked at his neighborhood Texaco station when returning from World War II in 1946. When the owner died, he bought the station and relocated it down the street to it's current site. Over the years, he collected many gas station artifacts, and upon retiring in 1982, he put them on display for everyone to enjoy.
