From baltimore.bizjournals.com:
The developers plan to transform the defunct Locust Point grain terminal off Fort Avenue and Beason Street into a residential, retail and office center.
All told, the revamped zoning allows the developers to put 500 residential units, 150,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of retail space and a 500-car garage on the waterfront site that was once home to Archer Daniels Midland Co.
Sapperstein said another 213 units in the grain building will be condominiums, while the remaining are undecided.
