The home has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, spanning a total 10,000 square feet. It sits on its own private 1.64-acre bluff with ocean views, a tennis court, a gym, a limousine garage, and a pool.

Cowell purchased the home from Las Vegas Sun publisher, Brian Greenspun, and his wife, Myra.
