Sir John Franklin - Ship Found
Cambridge Bay, Canada (CA)
One of Sir John Franklins' Ships (Erebus/Terror) has been found by Parks Canada and other agencies.

Debris from one of the ships was found on Hat Island; with the intact ship remains found on the bottom of Queen Maud Gulf; east of Hat Island. Co-ordinates have not been released.

Both ships have been found: see Map #233572 -Erebus; & Map #233573 - Terror. Exact locations not disclosed.
