An arrest has been made of an individual claiming to take responsibility for the attack on American-owned Air Products factory, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, France. Reports claim a number of explosions in the factory and a workers' decapitated head, covered in arabic writing, hanging on an exterior fence next to an ISIS flag. French President Francois Hollande made a statement that the "terror attack" had the hallmarks of Islamist militants.
