Seen here is a 5,000-square-foot subterranean clubhouse for the South Shore Club, which features 40 luxury homes on the shore of Geneva Lake. Residents of the South Shore community have access to a swimming pool, whilrpool, clay tennis court, a private dock with a fleet of club boats, bocce ball and croquet courts, and access to the community centered clubhouse.
The clubhouse was built underground in 2004 in order to preserve the view of the lake for the nearby homes.
