Speed bumps?
Chuncheon, Republic of Korea (KR)
Does any one know what these things are? They are positioned in different spots in South Korea, are they some form of tank obstacle? or just regular speed bumps? or is it something painted on the road?

Tank trap. used to slow down the advance of tanks or any enemy vehicle.

Do you have a picture of what they look like from the ground? I have seen the other types of concrete blocks that can be dropped to form obstacles but these look like speed bumps when viewed from above.
