Accg. to Mapquest, the greater green area south of the park is the Plänterwald. Which means that this amusement park is almost certianly the Spreepark Plänterwald, a "Freizeit und Familienpark" which Babelfish translates to 'spare time and family park'. :)

The bad news is, apparently, der Spreepark ist geschlossen (er, closed) since 2001.
