St. Vincent filming location (2014 film)

This house was a primary filming location in the 2014 film St. Vincent, which starred Bill Murray, Jaeden Lieberher, Melissa McCarthy, Chris O'Dowd, and Naomi Watts. This was the home of Vincent MacKenna (Murray), and the house to the left was the home of the Bronstein's (McCarthy, Lieberher). The house is almost unrecognizable to what is seen in the film, as it was made to look very run-down for filming.

The story involves a boy who moves into a new neighborhood and befriends his next door neighbor. The man is certainly no role model, as he is a grumpy degenerate gambler, but the boy learns several life lessons along the way.
