The Regal Theater was "the place" to be and hang out up until the late-1960's. I recall 25 cent movies, 10 cent popcorn and much better times for the now lonely and dusty west Texas town of Brownfield.
This was one of four theaters owned by the Jones family. Two additional walk-ins were the Rialto Theater and the Rio Theater. They also owned and operated the Rustic Drive-In.
