Christian Winters Vej in Vejle is the steepest road in Denmark. The road begins at Jellingvej and climbs 400 meters (1,320 feet) up and has a overall increase of 60 meters (200 feet) with 16.3%.
The steepest part is so steep that the pedestrian way is made as a stairway.
