The founder of Siskind, Carlson & Partners, a design firm, lives here. From 2000 to 2001 Stephen co-managed a multidisciplinary team of 15 firms creating an 880-acre, $1.2 billion redevelopment plan for the city of Riviera Beach. In 2003 his firm was hired by the city of North Miami to create the largest redevelopment plan conceived in Florida. It comprised 3,200 acres and $3.5 billion in development value
