Previously, Mr. Green served as a Director of Gramercy Capital Corp., BiddingForGood, Caris Life Sciences, Mortgage.com Inc. and Openclose.com, Inc., Chartwell Re Corp., Capital thinking, and Alarmguard Holdings Inc. He holds a B.A. in English from Amherst College.
