He serves on the Boards of Directors of Advance Paradigm Inc., Suiza Foods Corporation, HomeLink Services, Icon International, The Active Network, and Webloyalty. Mr. Green has been a Director of Dean Foods Co. since October 1994 and also serves as a Member of Corporate Governance, Compensation, and Audit Committees. He serves as a Director at Verance Corporation and AdvancePCS. Previously, Mr. Green served as a Director of Gramercy Capital Corp., BiddingForGood, Caris Life Sciences, Mortgage.com Inc. and Openclose.com, Inc., Chartwell Re Corp., Capital thinking, and Alarmguard Holdings Inc. He holds a B.A. in English from Amherst College.
