The film director, screenwriter and film producer, lived here part-time. He purchased the 7-bed, 10-bath, 7,237 sq ft home in October of 1989 for approx. $3.375M, according to public records. He sold it in June of 2015 for $33 million to real estate investor Steve Gozini.
