The legendary singer-songwriter lived here in the 1970s. The 4-bed, 5-bath Spanish-Moorish house was built in 1927 and has 3,538-square foot of living space. Stevie recorded numerous demos while she lived in this house. Sound engineer Tom Moncrieff said in a 2008 interview: "Stevie and I had a series of informal demo studios that we put together to record her songs. I think the first one was when she bought her first house after joining Fleetwood Mac. It was in the Hollywood Hills, and we called it 'El Contento.' It had a separate apartment underneath where I lived, and we put a bunch of gear in there. Some important stuff came out of that place. I think that's where we did the 'Sara' demo." As well as being a key member of rock supergroup Fleetwood Mac, Stevie is also known for her long and successful solo career.
